Properties and Features:
The equipment uses centrifugal type sliding groove rotor, which is the newest structure evaporator in the world, even at very low flow condition, the liquid is still able to form film, the slurry mateials adhered on the evaporation wall can be quickly removed by moved scraper blades, compared with fixed gap evaporator, the evaporation volume can increase 40%-69%. It has the following features:

1. High heat transfering coefficient and big evaporation capacity. The evaporation strength can reach 200kg/m2·hr with high heat efficiency.
2. Short heating time, usually only 5-10 seconds, it is operated in vacuum condition, which is suitable for heat sensetive materials to maintain all compositions without decomposition, therefore to assure products in top quality.
3. Suitable for wide range viscosity changing materials, it can deal with either high or low viscosity materials, even material with viscosity as high as 100,000 CP.
4. Materials remaining time can be adjusted by changing scraper directions.
5. Evaporation sect wall is machined and polished, no wall scar and coking will occur.
6. Easy operation, product specification can be easily adjusted, also can be automatically operated continuously.
7. Equipment occupies small space with easy maintainence and cleaning.
